For example, if you book a Premiere photo package ($215) and add a Matterport 3D tour ($295), the Matterport drops to $275. Add an aerial video ($235) and that drops to $215. The more you bundle, the more you save. We also offer a $20 discount at checkout for first time clients when you mention a community event you attended that we photographed.

No. AB 723 compliance is included free with every shoot. You get three download options — MLS Complete (with disclosure watermarks and unaltered originals), MLS Simple (edited photos with no digital alterations), and Marketing Photos (fully altered, no labels) — all at no additional cost. Yes, you can order online at any time. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with shoot details. The night before, a follow-up email reconfirms the photographer assignment, time, and location.

Professional real estate photography from Insight Photos starts at $195 for the Spotlight package (up to 25 photos) and $215 for the Premiere package (30–35+ photos). Twilight photography is $275 and includes 10 twilight shots plus a full set of 30–35+ daytime photos. Additional services like aerial drone photos ($175), Matterport 3D tours ($295), and video walkthroughs ($235) can be bundled for $20 off each. Floor plans are also available for $70. All shoots include next-day delivery, a branded and unbranded virtual tour, and complimentary photo enhancements at no extra charge.

Every shoot includes next-day delivery by 5pm at no extra charge, plus a branded and unbranded property virtual tour you can link to in the MLS or share on social media. All photos receive complimentary enhancements including blue sky replacement, color correction, lens distortion correction, cabinet color matching, carpet dimple removal, hardwood floor polishing, electronics wire removal, pool hose removal, and patchy grass repair. We also provide AB 723–compliant labeled downloads with disclosure watermarks and unaltered originals so your MLS uploads meet California's digital alteration disclosure requirements. Post-delivery, we include complimentary adjustments — if you need a photo re-cropped, brightened, or further retouched, just ask.

Every order starts with a base service — such as a Premiere or Spotlight photo package, Matterport 3D tour, Zillow 3D tour, aerial photos, aerial video, or video walkthrough. Each additional service added to that base saves $20. There is no cap on how many services you can bundle. For example, a Premiere photo package ($215) plus aerial photos ($155 bundled) plus a Matterport 3D tour ($275 bundled) saves $40 total. Some services like aerial photos can serve as either a base or an add-on — an agent who only needs aerials pays the standalone price of $175, while an agent bundling aerials with a photo package pays the discounted $155.

No. Standard next-day delivery by 5pm is included free with every shoot. If you need your photos sooner, expedited options are available: next day by noon ($10), next day by 8am ($20), or same-day delivery by 8pm ($50, must be booked by noon on the day of the shoot).

Yes. You can add virtual staging to any photos after delivery — just select the rooms you'd like staged and choose a furniture style. Complimentary photo adjustments (re-cropping, brightness, additional retouching) can be requested at any time after delivery. For services that require a return visit — such as aerial drone photos, Matterport 3D tours, or video walkthroughs — we can schedule a follow-up shoot at your convenience, and we'll still honor the $20 bundle discount on each added service. If you need to reshoot a property we've previously photographed for you (for example, after restaging or to capture missing angles), the reshoot fee is $145 if within 30 days of the original shoot.
